      Nairobi City Tour  
 
Pick you up from your hotel, this guided tour will take you through the busting street and include places of historic interest like the parliament buildings, city market, snake park, national museum, Kenyatta mausoleum and major shopping areas in the city centre. In this excursion you will have a tasty drive around the city where you'll pass by modern day Nairobi landmarks like the Parliment buildings, Kenyatta Conference Centre, City Market, Snake Park and National Museum well known for its spell binding exhibits and displalys of early man, tribal regalia and the flora and fauna of Kenya. A visit to Nairobi National Park is a must. This park is just next to the city centry, the only city in the world which is next to a park. In this park, lions, cheetahs, monkeys, hippos, buffalos and several species of plains game roam freely. The elephant is conspicously absent because the park is too small to accomodate them.   Half Day Karen Blixen / Giraffe Centre / lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant  
 
Relieve a small part of Kenya’s history as you visit author Karen Blixen’s home, which was her home from 1917 until 1931, when she had to sell the farm after several years of drought ruined her crops; she never returned to Kenya. From the garden you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Ngong Hills where many white settlers set up farms and built their houses in the early colonial days. Continue on to Giraffe Center. Here you can come eye-to-eye with the tallest animal in the world and hand feed them from a raised circular wooden platform. Then, proceed to the Carnivore Restaurant which serves zebra, wildebeest, crocodile, just to mention a few.
Note: Seasonal clothing, a hat, sun screen, sunglasses and comfortable walking shoes recommended. Lunch will be served with coffee, tea and water. All other beverages are at guest’s expense.     Full Day Lake Nakuru Birds' Sanctuary  
 
Depart Nairobi for Lake Nakuru through highland farms of the Kikuyu tribe before descending into the dramatic landscape of the Rift Valley. Lake Nakuru is famous for its thousands of flamingo which provide a breathtaking sight as they feed on this soda lake. These birds visit the lake to feed on algae that forms on the lake bed. Apart from the flamingos Lake Nakuru is also an important sanctuary for Rhino. Both Black and White Rhino are found here, and are often seen resting under acacias by the lake shore. The park abounds with game such as waterbuck, zebra, buffalo, the endangered Rothschild Giraffe and many more. This is one of your best chances of seeing the Leopard in Kenya. Upon arrival, lunch will be served in the park followed by an extensive tour which focuses on flamingos plus other wildlife which abounds in the park.   Full Day Nairobi National Park / Lunch - Carnivore Restaurant / Bomas Of Kenya  
 
Leave the hotel after breakfast for a wonderful game drive in Nairobi National Park which is just a few kilometers from the city center. This park happens to be the only park in the world which borders a capital city. Here you will see several species of mammals including four of the “Big Five”. The elephant being destructive and the park being too small (117 sq. km.) is missing. Lunch will be at the Carnivore Restaurant, afterwards join traditional dancers at the Bomas of Kenya for the rest of the afternoon. Enquire
 
 
 
    The Great Rift Excursion    
 

Drive through agricultural land to the view point of the great rift valley. Take a view of Mount Longonot and the chain of the great Rift Valley lakes, take memorable photos of this escarpment. Drive back to Nairobi via the view point of Nairobi city. The tour ends in your hotel or wherever you want to be dropped in the city centre. Enquire
