As for the leopard, it is less active during the day but you may be lucky to see it sleeping in the bushes. Maasai Mara is the best place to see the wild in action. 14 Daya Maasai Mara / Lake Naivasha / Lake Nakuru / Lake Baringo / Lake Bogoria
Day 1: Nairobi / Masaai Mara - Depart Nairobi for Maasai Mara driving through the south to stop at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley. After the breathtaking view, proceed to Narok town for lunch then to Maasai Mara. Late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 2: Masaai Mara - Early morning wake up call. Early morning viewing drive returning to lodge for full breakfast. After breakfast, spend a full day enjoying the best that nature can provide in this game reserve taking your picnic lunch at the hippo. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3: Masaai Mara - Before and after breakfast game drive followed by relaxation. Afternoon an optional nature walk or a visit to the Maasai village at a small fee. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 4: Maasai Mara / Lake Naivasha - Early morning game drive followed by breakfast then head to Naivasha with lunch enroute and a visit to the Hell’s Gate Park (one of the few parks where one can walk or cycle to see the wild animals). Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha / Lake Nakuru - After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru for game viewing and a sight of millions of flamingos feeding and plus many other bird species. Lake Nakuru is also home to the black and white rhinos. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

Day 6: Nakuru / Bogoria / Baringo - Early morning breakfast followed by a drive to Lake Bogoria bird watching and to see the hot springs and geysers. After lunch proceed to Lake Baringo for a boat road to see the ancient caves. Dinner and overnight at a hotel / campsite.

Day 7: Baringo / Samburu - After breakfast depart for Samburu via Thomson’s Falls. Lunch is en route arriving in time for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

Day 8: Samburu - Full day spent in Samburu with opportunity to see rare species of animals and plants not found anywhere else. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

Day 9: Samburu / Mt. Kenya - After breakfast drive to Nanyuki arriving in time for lunch before visiting the Equator line and Mau Mau Caves where the freedom fighters used to hide during the Second World War. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

Day 10: Mt. Kenya / Amboseli - Early morning breakfast followed by a drive past the biggest open-air market in east and central Africa. Proceed to Nairobi for lunch then continue to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for a late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 11: Amboseli - Full day in spent in Amboseli with the option of nature walk, visiting Maasai village or swimming in one of the lodges. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 12: Amboseli / Tsavo West - Early morning wake up call. Early morning game viewing drive returning to lodge for full breakfast. After breakfast, drive via Chyulu Hills to Tsavo West National Park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure followed by a visit to the famous Mzima Springs which is the source of drinking water for Mombasa . Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 13: Tsavo West / Tsavo East - Early morning game drive followed by breakfast then drive to Tsavo East which is well known for its large numbers of elephants and the man-eater lions during the construction of the Kenya - Uganda railway line arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure with a late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

Day 14: Tsavo East / Nairobi - Before and after breakfast game drive as you leave the park for Nairobi arriving in the afternoon in time for lunch. Lunch at a restaurant.
